بلغ بلع بَلَعَ perplexed or confounded and unable to see his right course; he was or became cut short or stopped فِي حُجَّتِهِ : in his argument; he was prevented from attaining his wish; he was or became unable to prosecute his journey; he repented, or grieved for what he had done. اَبْلَسَهُ : He caused him to despair مُبْلِسُوْنَ مُبْلِسٌ plural, act. part. noun: one who despairs. فَإِذَا هُمْ مُّبْلِسُوْنَ : And lo they are plunged in grief; they despair )16:45( اَبَالِيْسُ إِبْلِيْسُ and اَبَالِسَةٌ are plural) : (1) One who despairs (2) it is generally considered to be a name of Satan. فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ : They submitted but Iblis did not (2:35). و and بَلِعَ ]aor. يَبْلُعُ inf. noun بَلَعَهُ بَلْعًا and بَلِعَهُ and إِبْتَلَعَهُ : He swallowed it. يَا أَرْضُ ابْلَعِي مَاءَ كِ : O earth, swallow thy water (11:45). بَلَغَ ]aor. يَبْلُغُ inf. noun بَلُوْغٌ and بُلُوغٌ بَلَاغُ means: Reaching, یک و attaining, arriving at or coming to, the utmost point of that to which a person directs his course or which he seeks, pursues or endeavours to reach, whether it be a place or time or state, and sometimes بُلُوْغٌ signifies being at the point thereof. بَلَغَهُ : He reached or arrived at it or him. بَلَغَ الثَّمَرُ : The fruit ripened. بَلَغَ الْغُلَامُ : The boy reached or attained his puberty. بَلَغَ الْعِلَّةُ : The disease grew severe. بَلَغَ الْمَكَانَ : He reached or arrived at the place. بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ : He reached his full vigour or maturity )12:23(. بَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ : When they are near to reaching their term )653( قَدْ بَلَغَنِيَ الْكِبَرُ : The extreme limit of old age has indeed come upon me, has overtaken me )19:9( وَلِتَبْلُغُوْا عَلَيْهَا حَاجَةً : And you may attain your desire or satisfy your need )40:81( بلغ )inf. noun فَمَا بَلَّغْتَ رِسَالَتَهُ . تَبْلِيْغُ : Thou hast not conveyed His message )568( أبلغ )inf. noun أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَلَتِ رَبِّي .
