vi HADRAT MIRZA GHULAM AHMAD The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is now established in more than two hundred countries. After the demise of the Promised Messiahas in 1908, the insti- tution of khilafat (successorship) was established to succeed him, in fulfilment of the prophecies made in the Holy Quran and by the Holy Prophet Muhammadsaw. Hadrat Mirza Masroor Ahmadaba is the Fifth Successor to the Promised Messiahas and the present head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
