109 املاک کی نگرانی اور جماعت میں نئے داخل ہونے والوں کا معائنہ تھا۔اعمال کی کتاب سے ظاہر ہے کہ پطرس اور دوسرے رسولوں نے خود یہ کام سرانجام دیا۔جو بعد میں سٹیفن کے سپرد کیا گیا۔جب مسیحیت کے متبعین تعداد میں بڑھتے گئے تو بالکل اسی طریق پر جس طرح ایسیٹیوں میں تقسیم کا رتھی عیسائیوں میں بھی عمل میں آئی۔اور پہلی صدی عیسوی کے اختتام کے قریب عیسائیت کے بشپ کے کام بالکل وہی رہ گئے جو ایسینی مبقر کے ہوتے تھے۔رسوم۔عیسائیت عیسائیت میں عشائے ربانی (Lords supper) اور جماعت قمران کا مائدہ مسیح (Messianic Banquet) بالکل ایک ہی چیز ہیں۔محققین کی اکثریت کا اسبات پر اتفاق ہے کہ ان دونوں رسوم میں انتہائی مماثلت ہے چنانچہ پروفیسر آر۔کے۔ہیریسن اپنی کتاب The Dead Sea Scrolls کے صفحہ 117 پر لکھتے ہیں: "The Essene and Qumran rites constitute important parallels to the Christian service of the lords supper۔The primitive "breaking of bread" which according to the accounts in icorinthians often took the form of a communal meal (agape) was presided ever by the leader of followed by a celebration of a Holy Communion in which the bread and wine were blessed by the celebrant۔It is evident that both the Qumran of the Christian rites exhibited pronounced Messianic and apocalyptic characteristics, whist the idea of a Messianic banquet at the end of the age was clearly linked by Christ with the last supper when he promised his discipline that they wought eat and drink at his table in his coming kingdom۔"
