So reflect like the wise and do not sit like the blind. في عزّة لك لتكون الجهالء، االٔشقیاء، وتفوز في االٔهواء، وهذا خاتمة الالكم، فتدبّر ْ كالعقالء وال كالعمین. تقعد العواما تُرضی ّٰ هل الل هداك حُطاما ْ منهم تستجلِبن لكی May Allah guide you; do you wish to please the commoners, That you might thereby gain the vanities of the world from them? ٌ أثر إ سالم ال ا ملّة في وهل خِصاما تَبرِي ِ التي الكَلِم من Is there a trace in the religion of Islam, Of the words that you fashion in order to quarrel? ٍ ُ قوم إجماع حُجّة أعندك واهتضاما جهال الحق أضاعوا Do you possess as evidence the consensus of those people, Who lost truth on account of their ignorance and transgression? نا ی ْ حس قتلت أُمّة ومثلك إماما ْ كمنفرد وجدت إذا It was people like you who killed Husain at a time, When they found him to be an Imam without equal. تمّت T h e E n d
