75 Glossary Ameen or A m i n ( اٰمِیْن ) Uttered at the end of a supplication to pray that Allah may accept it, meaning ‘so let it be. ’ It is similar in meaning to ‘amen’. Mi’raj or M i ‘raj ( مِعْرَاج ) Refers to the spiritual experience of the Holy Prophet sa in which he travelled to the heavens and witnessed various manifestations of God’s grace. Muhaddath or Mu h addath ( مُحَدَّث ) An individual who receives an abundance of revelation from God Almighty and is blessed with divine discourse.
