194 The commentary of al-Qa si dah COUPLET 68 O my beloved, my adoration for you has penetrated into my blood, heart, soul and body. This couplet describes extreme love and it becomes apparent that the love of the Promised Messiah as was natural, comprehensive, and of the highest quality, and not mere superficiality. It seems that the Holy Prophet sa had been absorbed in the heart, the soul, and in every particle of his body. The truth is that when a person truly loves a person, he becomes absolved in his beloved. He draws a picture of his beloved in himself in a manner as if he has either drank him or eaten him, and has in fact made him a part of his body. This was the condition of the love of the Promised Messiah as and this was the love that All a h cherished so much that He appointed him to revive His religion. The Promised Messiah as states: Once I received a revelation that the angels were in strife (arguing with one another). They were having contentions because All a h’s Will was at its height to revive His religion, but the appointed person had not been disclosed to the angels. During this time I saw in a dream that people are searching for this reviver and a person came up to me and said this is the person who loves the
