[ 10 ] Ab u l H assan ‘Al i Bin Y u suf on p. 21, it is said by Sheikh ‘Abdul Qadir Jil a n i rta that: There are leaders of men, leaders of Jinn, and leaders of angels; and I am the chief of all of the leaders. Do not compare me with them and do not compare them with me. Naw a b S idd i q H assan Kh a n Sahib quoting Imam Ibn S i r i n in his book H ijaj ul Kar a mah , p. 386 says: In this ummah there will be a khal i fah with a higher status than Ab u Bakr and ‘Umar. He was asked, ‘Would he have a higher status than both of them?’ He said, ‘Yes, and in fact this khal i fah may possibly be of a higher status than some Prophets. ’ Another source has the words: ‘Ab u Bakr and ‘Umar would not be of a higher status than this khal i fah. ’ Imam Say uti has testified to the authenticity of this saying.
