51 their action would be against the teachings of the Promised Messiah as. This was how the ordeal was foretold, but along with this God also revealed who, among the members of the Jam a ‘at, would be responsible for creating this discord. Moreover, by setting out that the Prince would be displeased with those who would revolt against the custodian, it is made explicitly clear that the custodian would be in the right and the rebels would be in the wrong. Similarly, by putting forth that the ordinary worshippers would be better as compared to those who belonged to the Anjuman, the vision made it clear that the dispute about Khilafat would not be initiated by the ordinary members of the Jam a ‘at; rather, it was to be initiated by the group called the Anjuman. Hence, as was proved later, it was the Anjuman that stood up in rebellion. By showing that I would remain uninvolved in this matter, the vision signified that despite being a member of the Anjuman I would not support the mischief makers. This vision is so clear and obvious that the more one reflects upon it, the more manifest the proof of the glory of God becomes. The truth of Khilafat also becomes so obvious that only those who are ill-fated would dare to deny it. Should someone observe that the vision, as stated, seems to make these points quite obvious, but what proof do I really have that I actually saw this vision? One may observe that the vision deserves no credit unless I prove to have seen it. I acknowledge the soundness of this argument. Therefore, I put forth the very person of the Promised Messiah as to testify to the truth of my claim.
