•oUR BELoVED MASTER• 168 contemplate in peace and quiet, thinking about what could be done to turn things around, and reform the nation. At times, the Holy Prophet’s sa loving and caring wife, Khad i jah ra , would go with him. Both husband and wife would cry in the cave for the sake of the nation, contemplating how to bring the nation back to the straight path. They would pray for it, and would remain busy in thoughts of God. This lasted for a very long time, but the Holy Prophet’s sa sorrow and sadness would not go away. However, during that period the Holy Prophet sa had many dreams that came true. Some of the dreams often came true right away. This was the beginning of his prophethood.
