C H AP T E R T WO — FU L F IL M E N T OF PR OPHE C IE S 179 ش ی ی د ِ آاثر و دح� ق � ق رھپ بجع � ی ملع. � ی � رک وَسوَس اشنں رھپ رکرےہ وہ مت رفار ی د� But it is strange that, with all your knowledge and critical understand- ing of the Traditions, You witness hundreds of Signs, yet you opt to shun and flee. ی ہ � � ی ثحب رکان مت ےس ک ی ا احلص ارگ مت م دمار اك ی رُوح ِ ااصنف و دخا رتیس ہک ےہ د� It is futile to debate with you if you do not possess The spirit of fairness and the fear of God upon which hinges the Faith. ی ا ےک ےئل � کیاےھجم مت وھچڑےت وہ اجہ ِ د� ی دار ئ ی ا ےہ وخد اناپ� � ی ا بک کلت د�ُ � اجہ ِ د� Do you forsake me for the glory of this world? How long will worldly glory last when the world itself is transient! حتف ی ا ےہ رہ می دان م ق ی وکن دررپدہ ےھجم د� وکن ےہ وج مت وک رہ دم رکراہ ےہ رشاسمر Who is it that secretly grants me victory in every battle? Who is it that always puts you to shame? مت وت ےتہک ےھت ہک � ی انوبد وہ اجےئ اگ دلج ی چ ےہ اِک ا َد ٰین اکشر � � ی امہرے اہھت ےک � You said that I would soon be destroyed— That I was but a meagre prey in your hands; ی د یک ئ ابت رھپ � ی ک ی ا وہیئ سک ےن رمی ات� اگمر اك � ی م�َ ا ی اخبئ و اخرس رےہ مت. وہگ But what happened then, and who was it that so helped me That you were frustrated and suffered loss while I succeeded? ا انم یھب وتسمر اھت ز ی اِک زامہن اھت ہک م ِ اغر ز ی ہک وگ� ی ا ز� ی اقد�یاں یھب یھت اہنں ا� There was a time when even my name was unknown, And Qadian itself was hidden as though it was inside a cave. ا دقتعم ز ی وکیئ یھب وافق ہن اھت ھجم ےس ہن م ہک رچاچ سک دقر ےہ رہ انکر دوھکی اب � ی ل No one knew me and I had no followers, But now, look how my fame has spread all around.
