BarĀhĪn-e-a H madiyya — Part Four 140 ت �یس� ن � ى ٔ اجمز آہل از وشلص ت �یس� ن � ى ابز اجےئ د�ی�دہ نک ابز One cannot attain communion with God through metaphoric machinations; Open your eyes, it is not a game! ى رگ رب آشت دو دص رگج وسز ى �ی�روز چ � ق�ی�اس از ت � �ت � ی � ن � Even if you burn your heart two hundred times, Even then you cannot succeed through reason. ہن اجان ز ت � ت � � ی � ن � ربخے وکراہن اگم رہزہ زین ےم You have no knowledge of the Beloved; You just fumble about, blindfolded, searching for Him in vain. دادار دشخبت ہك ے �یق�ی�ن آں انکبر دہن وخدت ق�ی�اس وچں The certainty that is granted by God Cannot be given by your own intellect. ددلارے داہن از ی � آں ارسارے و د �ی� ن � ش س اہےئ ہتکن One hears subtle truths and [divine] secrets From the mouth of the Beloved Himself; م�اں �بگ �ی�ال وخد ن و آں درگ از � �اں � �یک یں دو سک � سپ اجک ابدش ا The other is a prisoner of intellect’s uncertainty— How can they both be equal? ونظمین راہ رغمور ہك اے ونجمین تخس ہك اعلق ہن وت O you who pride yourself on the path of conjecture! You are not wise; rather, you are utterly insane.
