Number Two 15 Batalavi. At each instance, he accepted that these revelations were from God Almighty. Moreover, his teacher, Miy an Naz i r H usain Dehlvi, highly praised Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya —in which these revelations were—in the presence of several witnesses, and stated that since the time that compiling and composing literature in Islam had begun, no book had been written which could equal the efficacy, excellence, and merit of Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya. His reason for lavishing so much praise on Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya was its reve- lations and prophecies that had completed the argument against the opponents of Islam. In the same way, all ulem a ’ [scholars] of the Punjab and India, with the exception of a few, had understood those revelations to be from God Almighty as indeed they are from God Almighty. In fact, in those revelations this humble one is bestowed so much honour that it is impossible to add anything to it. In the follow- ing, I present such examples: َ ْن ي ِ ْكَ. اَلرَّحْـمٰن ُ عَلَّم َ الْقُرْاٰن َ لِتُنْذِر َ قَوْمًا مَّا ٓ اُنْذِر َ آبَاءُھُم ْ وَلِتَسْتَب ي َ ا ہّٰللُّٰ فِ یَـا اَحْـمَد ُ بَارَك ْنَ. ھُو َ الَّذِی ْ اَرْسَل َ رَسُوْلَہ ُ بِالْھُدٰی ي ِ ْ اُمِرْت ُ وَاَنَـا اَوَّل ُ الْمُؤْمِن ى ْنَ. قُل ْ اِنِّـ ي ِ ْل ُ الْمُجْرِم ي ُ سَبِ َان َ اَمْر ك َ نْـھَا. و ِّ شَفَا حُفْرَۃ ٍ فَاَنْقَذَكُم ْ م ى ٰ ُنْتُم ْ عَل ك ہٖ. وَ ِّ ُل ك ِ یْن ِّ الد ى َ ُظْھِرَہ ٗ عَل ي لِ ِّ وَدِیْن ِ الْـحَق كَ، ِّ ْنَ. ھٰذَا مِن ْ رَحْمَت ِ رَب ي ْنَاك َ الْمُسْتَـھْزِئِ ي َ َف ك ِ اہّٰللِّٰ. اِنَّـا َلِمَات ك ِ ل َ ل ِّ َ مُبَد اِل. ً اِل ْ ُ ا ہّٰللِّٰ مَفْعُو ُم ك ْ یُـحْبِبْ ى َ ا ہّٰللَّٰ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِ ْنَ. قُل ْ اِن ْ كُنْتُم ْ تُـحِبُّوْن ي ِ لْمُؤْمِن ِّ ُوْن َ اٰیَۃ ً ل ك ْك َ لِتَ ي یُتِم ُّ نِعْمَتَہ ٗ عَلَ English miles] and no one used to send me even one paisa as a gift. Now these prophecies are being fulfilled such that people come from thou- sands of miles away and help me with thousands of rupees, and God has given me renown the world over, and no nation remains unaware. ٰ ذَالِكَ. ى عَل ِِّٰ ہّٰلل ُ وَالْحَمْد ٰ ذَالِكَ. ى عَل ِِّٰ ہّٰلل ُ وَالْحَمْد [And Allah be praised for this].
