— Part I 32 combinations are evolved. A stage is reached at last where, with the help of enormously advanced and complex organic chemicals, it is possible to build the first brick of life, which is DNA. All the constituents of life begin to acquire different new shapes, meanings, looks, depths and heights with the reorganisation of the bricks of life into new patterns. The elements are set in well-designed formations like jewels embedded in an ornament, and the elements begin to emanate the brilliance of life and life begins to sparkle. Break this organisation and smash the jewels into their initial chemical states and you are left with nothing but dead carbonates. So the Holy Quran is most certainly right when it draws the conclusion that, had there been more than one Master of the universe, the gods would have vied with each other for the rights of possession and the universe would have ended in disorder and chaos. In other words we can describe life as the outcome of balance and poise, and what ensues from their absence is death. If mankind had understood this in-depth message of the Holy Quran, and had acknowledged and adhered to the Unity of God, it would have been a different world indeed.
