The Creation of the Universe 29 harmony inevitably leads one’s mind to God—the Supreme and Perfect Creator, the One and Only God. However, there seem to be some chaotic states and apparent conflict as one casts a superficial glance over God’s creation. Things appear to be in conflict with varying interests and opposing motives. Yet, in that unending state of conflict, there lies a hidden hand of justice which is constantly at work. A most beautiful and amazing balance of symmetry is created which, when applied to the struggle of existence between animal and animal, and species and species, is termed as the 'ecosystem'. In the grand plan of creation, animal life also occupies a sphere of activity or function. The laws that we observe in the entire cosmos as being in perfect agreement with each other, are simulated in the comparatively smaller sphere of the laws which govern life. Each section of the universe moves within its sphere under the specific laws designed for that particular domain. The laws of chemistry, physics, nuclear behaviour and their mutual interplay give birth to the animal kingdom. A new code of life suddenly appears as they emerge into existence and in the area of each species, certain laws specific to these species appear to gain control and command of their lives.
