When these poor immigrants see new inventions in foreign countries, they send some of them to their poor families in the countries of their origin. Many among them learn the technology of how to make them and export this knowledge back to their own country. So the technical know-how for making modern devices etc. , constantly improves. It is from among the same people that some, when they grow rich enough, install great industries in their own countries. Major changes have taken place in the world and in some conquered countries, new social, cultural, economic and political changes have occurred. In this, the population pressure of the poor countries has played a major role. Some governments of poor countries, when entrapped by the Western propaganda of family planning, stupidly hurt their own cause without realizing it. It is for this reason that the Holy Quran declares them, 'people at loss. ' In contrast to them, many rich people take measures to improve the rate of reproduction. For instance in Germany, families are encouraged to have a larger number of children. The more children there are in the family, the more benefits the families will
